Killing Barstool Words

  • Aug. 24th, 2007 at 3:33 PM
sad
I was hoping they would retain the original title of Vincent's new film. "Killing Zelda Sparks" doesn't sound interesting and enticing to me. But the removal of the official Barstool Words site quashed all my hope. Now I also want to quash whoever is behind the new title.

New title, new website: http://www.killingzeldasparks.com/

Shoreline hasn't updated their site though and they still have the Barstool Words movie poster up:

Killing Zelda Sparks screening schedule:

31st Montreal World Film Festival

August 28 @ 8:00 PM
August 29 @ 4:00 PM
August 30 @ 11:20 AM

"Vincent Kartheiser, Sarah Carter, Geoffrey Arend, Krystin Pellerin and Colm Feore star in a black comedy of many errors by talented first-time feature director Jeff Glickman. Though overly clever at times, this convoluted story about a small-town man-child slacker with serious anger management issues has lots going for it. Bring on the bad girls."

"
Another standout is Killing Zelda Sparks, a Toronto-produced dark comedy about a school prank gone wrong that proves you don't need a big budget in order to create a snappy, well-paced and original movie that flows."

Barstool Words Behind-The-Scenes

happy
Since it's a slow day for Mad Men updates, let's do Barstool Words this time. It's my first time to see the behind-the-scenes of Barstool Words, so I thought I'd upload it to youtube for the benefit of those who were also living under a rock when this video first came out.

[info]passing_girl is such a darling for providing screencaps. Look for the download link she posted at the comments section.

Yeah, I hate your bald look, too! *screams*
